Marketing Manager - Channel/Trade Marketing

A market leader in the UK retail gambling sector, is searching for a Marketing Manager to join the team in a trade marketing role which will focus on working collaboratively with our customers. The role will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering key focussed marketing activity that will ultimately support the commercial team in delivering business revenue targets.

Based out of Feltham (West London), this role will involve working on areas in the business that go outside of general marketing principals. This includes working closely with the technology platform development team in evolving and creating effective customer journeys for promotions as well as working with the internal content development team to support the launch of new games through various support activity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships with the Commercial team and customers in order to create and deliver plans that impact revenue target objectives
* Create good working relationships with customer base in conjunction with the Account Management team to fully support promotional plan delivery
* Develop an excellent understanding of the promotional capabilities on the technology platform by working closely with the product team in order to specify promotional functionality and customer journey requirements
* Management and supporting of the commercial team on key training content, tools and programmes for customer base
* Managing and delivering key research programmes on new product initiatives
* To create and deliver a hardware and content sales support plan for the arcade and bingo sector, working closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver to budget
* Creating and managing delivery of PR and social media programme including management of agency and quarterly KPI objectives
* Creating and evolving content for the UK website
* Management and delivery of key corporate event activity, including annual trade shows
* Manage Marketing Co-ordinator and work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure all key objectives and plans for the department are delivered in a timely manner

Desired skills and experience:
* A background in channel/trade marketing would be very beneficial
* Candidates must have experience of working in a fast paced environment having multi-tasked in numerous areas including the marketing team and other stakeholder teams in the business
* Must be confident in communication and building relationships with customer base
* Must have experience of managing departmental objectives as well as strong crisis management and problem solving skills
* Solid Microsoft Office skills as the role entails working daily with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Experience in the gaming industry would be helpful, but is not essential
