Production Operative / Manufacturing Operative

Job Title: Production Operatives - multiple positions available

Location: Colchester, Essex, UK

Salary: £6.95 to £7.64 per hour

The company is an award winning, online retailer of sports nutrition products with a growing customer base both in the UK and internationally. With the company's continual growth, they're looking to employ enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their production team as full-time Production Operatives working Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 2.30pm and Friday 6.am to 2.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on production lines to create the company's finished products
• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Ensuring personal and team targets are met on a daily basis
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene procedures and housekeeping

Qualities we will be looking for in successful candidates:

• Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• High level of both numeracy and literacy competency
• Reliable, proactive and collaborative approach to work
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
