IR35 & Status Specialist

This company is looking to appoint an IR35 & Status Specialist. Successful applicants will be fully trained in order to provide advice concerning the IR35 legislation and will be able to advise a contractor of their IR35 status based on information provided to the team, whether it be by phone or by undertaking a review of an engagement(s). This will be a full time position, Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 5.30. A competitive salary and commission package is offered along with excellent development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Reviews
- To review a contract/other relevant documentation and provide advice on where the arrangements fall with regard to IR35, using the relevant templates.
- IR35 Advice - To provide detailed advice by phone and e-mail, and answer IR35 related questions, sometimes also in relation to IR35 Insurances.
- Assist with admin processes, i.e., logging reviews.
- Responding to online queries received via Contractor Weekly.
- Researching IR35 and other relevant legislation to keep up to date with latest developments.
- Attending occasional client visits and seminars.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

The successful candidate is likely to have demonstrable experience in this field of work. Relevant qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
