Retail and Technical Assistant
Salary £18,492 - £20,697 per annum. The role is a permanent full-time position. It offers an excellent working environment and benefits package including 38 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail and technical assistant to assist with the day to day operational running of the Inc Shop based within the Students’ Union.
Duties will include the diagnosis and repair of computer faults, both hardware and software and processing customer transactions via the Post Office counter.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer facing retail environment, possess excellent communication skills and have appropriate IT knowledge.
