Area Service Manager

This role comes with leading the day to day operational management, support and development to the OCSS to ensure that effective, high quality services are delivered, and that staff and volunteers are supported and developed appropriately. Your passion, experience and professionalism will directly impact on the lives of residents and your staff team.

You’ll be an experienced professional, having managed services for vulnerable adults and created environments where recovery can thrive. Your in-depth understanding of mental health issues, the role of housing in social care and how to engage complex client groups will be vital. The role will include registration with the CQC for regulated activities and experience is vital.

You’ll be an exceptional leader and communicator who builds positive relationships with ease and has managed successful teams before. Your ability to express your ideas and plans – to staff, residents, partners and stakeholders – will be key.
