Junior / Graduate Project Co-ordinator (Commercial Interiors)

Our client is a rapidly expanding interior acoustics company based in South London looking for a junior Project Co-ordinator to join their busy team. You will be working alongside their existing Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic person looking for an opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a project management role in the commercial interiors/construction industry.

The main purpose of the role is to work alongside our existing project manager to assist with the management and delivery of projects - from an awarded project to completion. Specifically; the organisation of installation labour, material ordering/delivery and client liaising. The role will be mostly office based with the occasional need to travel to project/client sites.


  • Assisting the existing project manager.
  • Ordering materials for projects and organising timely delivery to the correct address.
  • Ordering access equipment for projects.
  • Liaising with installers remotely and onsite.
  • Liaising with clients regarding installation dates.
  • Providing installation teams with drawings and project information.
  • Maintenance of the centralised project tracking system.
  • Management of ad-hoc and small projects.
  • Providing clients with method / risk assessments.

The role will be varied and busy – so we need someone with a hands-on approach that is willing to undertake a range of tasks. You will need to be:

  • Proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office)

  • Comfortable visiting client companies and construction sites

Experience of project coordination is the construction industry is desirable but not essential. Driving license is preferable (use of company vehicles), training will be provided on all products and systems used by our client.
