Our client is a forward-looking College of Further & Higher Education that serves a large area of South East England with a wide range of vocational and academic courses, both full and part time. The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car (junctions 8-10 on the M25) or rail (Ewell West is close and the college is next to Ewell East where you can get regular direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria). The College was last inspected in February 2016 retaining its overall grading of 'Good' under the robust new Ofsted standards.

They are currently recruiting to the following position:

TEAM MANAGER - MEDIA AND MUSIC DEPARTMENTS

up to £34,079 p.a.

Maternity Contract - from middle January 2017

They are seeking a talented team manager for their media and music departments with relevant experience of further education in the media industries and preferably higher education. You will be responsible for the successful day to day running of the departments including line management of staff and managing the courses within your departments to ensure successful delivery of them.

You should have experience of team leadership, quality assurance and set high standards in teaching skills and possess relevant academic and/or professional qualifications at degree level or equivalent.
