This international company develops, makes and markets professional tooling solutions for technicians all over the world.

They require a professional, dedicated, and team-orientated person to work with the Sales, Finance and Marketing Teams as part of their extremely busy sales network.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the retention of the Software Subscriptions base which totals over 12,000 live contracts. They will do this by both retaining current customers and managing the receivable/losses.

They will aim to retain 15% of those customers wishing to cancel subscriptions, per month. In doing so, they will look to resolve any queries and complaints in a customer focused manner, and will resolve delinquency issues. They will actively contribute in customer targeted promotions and loyalty schemes, whilst also managing the Subscription portfolio with a focus to provide exceptional customer service and increase customer satisfaction.

Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service; collections experience is an advantage however is not essential. They will have solid IT skills and a professional, confident nature in communicating and negotiating, with the ability to adapt communications style and 'sell' ideas. As such they should be confident, positive, and enthusiastic. Above all else they require someone who has strong core values, is passionate, and has a flexible approach to their work.
