This company started out by renovating and developing properties in south London and then moved into the market of Guaranteed rentals and long term Property Management in South East London specifically. They have grown in this marketplace and now have a high reputation of reliability and high-class service in their main areas of Lewisham, Greenwich, Charlton, Catford, Sydenham and Bromley. Over the next 12 months they have a rigorous growth target to meet, aiming to increase their company sales by 120%.

The position:

They are looking for an experienced, confident and hardworking individual to take a lead in scaling and building their office, building a support team underneath them as they expand and grow. You will head up the management of the Lettings team, as well as support in the marketing, viewings and sales of their professional house shares in South East London.

The position comes with some degree of flexibility and discretion to manage your own diary, as well as the chance to work with a growing property company in the highly competitive market of London.

The position is well paid, with OTE of between £18,000 to £25,000 and the opportunity to progress to a higher package within the next 18-24 months for the right person. People management skills as well as ambition to succeed and grow are all important skills for a successful candidate


- Must have access to a car and hold a full clean driver's license
- Be flexible and available for viewings as and when they need to be done, which will mean the need to incorporate evenings and weekends where necessary
- Have previous sales experience
- Previous Lettings Management experience is preferred but not entirely necessary
- People management experience
- Possess the ability to communicate clearly and to a wide variety of people
- Be proactive with good initiative
- Self-motivation and the ability to work in an organised and efficient manner
- An appetite to work hard and achieve targets
