All Bar One are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team at the Leicester Square site.
We are delighted to announce our brand new Flagship All Bar One site will be opening this September after a total refurbishment- could you be the Sous chef to set us off with a bang. Located at the centre of all the West End attractions and full of all the buzz and excitement of Leicester Square- this must be the most exciting new opening in the West End. We need a Sous chef with drive, passion and an eye for detail but above all a great team player. We are so excited about our new opening and can't wait to find the right Sous chef to help us get Leicester square buzzing with our reputation for second to none food!
This is a very exciting opportunity to join the All Bar One team and the wider Mitchells & Butlers group.
What you'll do in this role As a Sous Chef you'll take responsibility for leading the kitchen operation, overseeing food preparation and assembly and helping with food ordering, staffing, stock control and conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You'll help the kitchen team to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment, using your passion for food to help inspire your colleagues.
