Kitchen Manager vacancy: The White Horse is currently looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the team at White Horse, near Chelmsford.
The White Horse is a beautiful business based in Great Baddow. This is not a typical Ember Inns business and is full of character and charm internally and with a small terrace on the side, where the locals come for a relaxing drink and meal.
We are looking for a motivational Kitchen Manager with a proven track record of delivering to the highest safety standards. Our Kitchen Managers are expected to be able to lead, motivate and develop their own team to deliver the best food quality to our guests at all times.

Kitchen Manager role:
Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
