We are looking for passionate and caring people to become Care Assistants and Support Workers to provide Home Help, support, assistance and care for our customers throughout the Tyneside areas of Tynemouth, North Shields and Whitley Bay.

We are looking for Female Care Assistants & Support Workers who are the Right People, doing the Right things, the Right way, for the Right Reasons! Hours of Work & Pay Rates
Car Drivers are essential
We have full time and part-time jobs available however these are our busy periods so you would need to have availability during our busy times.
7am – 3pm or 3pm – 10pm Including Weekends on a rota basis
We would also welcome applications for Weekends only
Guaranteed hours available after probation
Generous Mileage Allowance of 30p per mile
Training towards your QCF Level 2 and Level 3 in Health & Social Care

Our Pay rates vary according to experience, longevity of service and obtaining your QCF Level 2 & 3 we have various salary increases along the way so you feel valued and rewarded.

Salaries start from £7.80 per hour Weekdays, £8.05 Weekends, Plus £15.60 for Bank Holidays
Salaries Rise to £8.35 per hour Weekdays to £8.70 Weekends, plus £16.90 for Bank Holidays.

What does the job of a Care Assistant/Support Worker involve?
Many people have the wrong perception of what caring for an individual can mean. Being a carer means assisting and supporting a person to be able to carry on living independently in their own homes. This will include help with their morning routine, helping prepare a meal, taking them out to attend appointments, household duties, assisting them to get dressed/undressed, assisting with brushing teeth, washing or bathing. All of which will come naturally as you will have the same customers that you visit regularly.
