The College has reinvigorated its focus on improving the student experience, raising student aspirations and delivering consistently good and outstanding, teaching, learning and assessment. As a major provider of further, higher and adult education to over 10,000 students, their staff have quality at the heart of everything they do.

Their Admissions Officer will work within the Registry section of the Student Services Division and will deliver the admissions functions and associated student data processes across the range of income streams at the College. The core functions are; enquiries, enrolment, progression and fee collection, all leading to high standards of data integrity and accuracy.

They are looking for an individual who can deliver excellent customer service, diplomacy and tact when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. With good general IT skills, including familiarity with MIS systems, internet applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel, you will be able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.

You will be willing to work with all student groups and ensure that students maximise their potential.  You will have experience in the effective use of Cross-College systems in terms of the Student Life Cycle and be assertive when required.

The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly across the year cycle and potentially evening/weekends to meet the demands of their applicants/students.
