Production Operatives

We are continuously recruiting for Production Operatives to join us at our client's busy meat processing factory based in Ellesmere.

The main duties of the role will include:

• The selection of raw beef products on a production line
• Inspecting the quality of the product
• Adhering to hygiene and food safety policies and procedures
• Working in a fast-paced Beef production facility
• Adhering to hygiene and food safety policies and procedures  
• Following strict Health and Safety procedures  
• Working as part of the on-site team
• Having a flexible approach to work,and the ability to carry out additional duties as and when required

The successful candidates will ideally have previous experience in a fast paced food production environment, however this is not essential as full training will be provided.

A good understanding of written and spoken English is also essential for working at this busy processing factory.

Applicants will ideally have a good level of physical fitness as you may be standing for the duration of the shift.

The hours of work available are:

• 7am – 3.30pm Monday to Saturday, Sunday off, with second rotated night off each week
• 5pm – 1am Sunday to Friday, Saturday off, with second rotated night off each week

The starting pay rate for this position will be £6.95 - £7.20 per hour.
