Our client is looking for a cleaning supervisor to join their commercial cleaning team to work in the Carmarthen and surrounding areas.
They are looking for a candidate who has both cleaning and supervisory experience.
Candidate Requirements/Responsibilities:
Recruit and train staff
Carry out inspections and write up reports
Liaise with clients and cleaning staff
Carry out cleaning duties ??? covering for cleaning operatives on leave
Drive ??? hold a UK current licence
Use a computer with Word and Excel programs
Have a ???can do attitude ???
Work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative
They will provide, a vehicle, phone, computer, uniform, training and full support for the right applicant.
Remuneration will depend on experience; this is a permanent position.
