Position: Demand and Supply Manager
Location: London
Salary: £35000 - £55000 per annum

Our client is a fast growing Food FMCG company who are actively seeking to appoint a dynamic and personable Demand and Supply Manager for their thriving team based in London. The successful applicant will manage the end to end supply chain including supply chain, demand planning, 3PL management and production for c20skus supplying into Retail, Private Label and Food Service.
Major responsibilities will cover as follows:
* The successful individual will work closely with some of the main UK retailers.
* Managing the end-to-end supply chain from planning and purchasing through to OTIF delivery and in the UK.
* Developing a robust demand, supply and production planning processes
* Implementing advanced planning systems across supply chain and operations
* Driving change and cost saving initiatives within financial planning
* Building long-term relationships with key suppliers, negotiating and setting a pricing strategy
* NPD launches - from production planning to demand and order fulfilment
* Managing 3PL providers and external partners
Competencies and background required:
* Degree Educated or equivalent
* A strong understanding of Retail/FMCG supply chain with at least 5 years+ FMCG supply chain experience
* SAP experience desirable
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* Line management experience of direct teams and distributors
* Customer focused - experience of working collaboratively with key retail customers
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
