The Company:
Our client is a fast-growing international company world-leader in the IT / Technology sector

Main duties:
To supervise the billing operations for the EMEA region (6 - 8 entities) and manage reporting activities for key accounts

The Role:
- Financial approval of customer orders
- Overseeing the billing and collection process
- Reconciliation of billing (month-end)
- Assisting with the implementation of the billing system at group level
- Liaising between the sales department, EMEA customers and the finance department
- Close collaboration with collection, operations and Revenue Recognition teams
- Reporting to Finance Manager and Group Treasurer
- Possibility of progressing into Manager level and leading a team of 5 - 6 people

The Candidate:
- Fluency in English + French / German (written and spoken)
- Experience of large customer billing (£100K up to £3M)
- Degree in accounting / finance or other accounting qualifications (e.g. ACCA)
- IT / technology background
- Experience in leading a team or equivalent management skills - IDEAL
- Tax and VAT knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and personable
- Able to work in a fast- paced environment
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
- Autonomous, organised, rigorous
 
The Salary:
Up to £50,000 p.a. + 10% annual bonus and excellent benefits
Possibility of working from home 1-2 days/week initially
