£20,000 - £22,000 Base (depending on experience)

The Company….

This well renowned Company is looking to recruit a Service Administrator with some Mechanical OR Electrical knowledge to assist the successful team in coping with an ever increasing demand of their services.

The role….

1) Liaise with customers and the service department

2) Unpacking and inspection of incoming returned goods

3) Entering into SAP of all service equipment

4) Dispatching goods to other service centre’s if required

5) Prepare for dispatch service items to customers

6) Provide customers with service status and interface with service teams to expedite item.

1) Strong experience gained as a Service Administrator OR Returns Administrator ESSENTIAL

2) Ideally to have some Mechanical OR Electrical knowledge
