FINTEC recruit is seeking a Head Chef for our Hospitality client based in London. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £28k - £32k. As the Head Chef you'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards. Our client has a number of Chef vacancies across London.
Role & Responsibilities:
As the Head Chef your responsibilities will include the following:
- Producing the client's fresh and stylish menu
- Managing the fluctuations of seasonal dining
- Overseeing food ordering
- Food preparation
- Delivery of operations
- Managing a team
- Stock control
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
- Dedicating time to develop your team using the client's tailored development framework
