Sous Chef- Busy, Quality Seafood Focused Restaurant- Essex 33k Sous Chef 33,000 A leading and established restaurant specialising in seafood and modern British food is seeking a strong Sous chef with proven work stability in high volume rosette restaurants As the restaurant is focused on seafood you must have an excellent understanding of fish and seafood prep skills and with the ability to help lead a large team of 30 chefs working closely with the other 2 sous chefs and head chef The restaurant is busy serving up to 2000 covers per week therefore you must have experience in high quality volume aswell as leading a large team The restaurant is located near Chelmsford and Epping and therefore it's advisable that you have your own transport Sous Chef 33,000 Only suitable candidates can be considered for the role due to the high volume of applicants
