Part time HR Assistant, 3 days a week, Funky MicrobreweryLocation: East LondonSalary Package 15,000 - 16,000 - Part timeThe CompanyCreative, Pop up, hip, smaller group...growing companyDo you love the East End of London, the cool hip vibe that been created there?My client, is one of a kind business, with three sites across East London, they are all about the feel of the business being right, with fresh easy to eat food, real ales, beer, and a microbrewery that really reflect the East London atmosphere. They are on the hunt for a Part time HR Assistant, 3 days a week!The HR Assistant's roleProduce Welcome packages for all new employees and changes to existing employment contractsTake up references on all employees ensuring that at least one satisfactory employer reference is received for each employee. Ensure that all outstanding references are followed throughEnsuring that effective records are kept on immigration checks, personnel files and other HR documentationMaintaining and assisting with the maintenance of effective security for the filing, ensuring records are kept up to date and in an orderly fashionPayroll AdministrationComplete all payroll administration for new starters, current employees and leavers for all employees as requiredProvide advice, guidance and support to all Microbrewery employees on HR and payroll related mattersProactively ensure the accuracy and integrity of the payroll by working closely with the Payroll teamThe ideal HR Assistant We would ideally like some experience in the hospitality sector, but have an open mind re other sectors but you must have some catering background.
