Head of Cleaning Solutions - National role for Support Services and Construction Company55,000 + car or car allowance National The Head of Cleaning Solutions will be responsible for creating, developing & maintaining operational method statements, process and guidance that will enable the cleaning teams to achieve a standardised, consistent approach to delivering excellent cleaning services in line with the company's vision.I am looking for a strong positive communicator who will support the Bidding/ sales team in putting cleaning bids together using best practice. You must be currently in a senior role within a recognised cleaning company. The ideal candidate must prove their previous Bid success with dealings up to 30 million and no less an 3million. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining strong, positive and effective working relationships with all clients internal & external and commercial contacts.Developing and maintaining a positive brand presence for the Cleaning Service Line and business where it operates, including representing and promoting the company.Ensuring the Cleaning Service Line is effective throughout the business and that standards are met and to effectively maintain key relationships, including supply chain partners.Ensuring that Field Support activities and expertise are provided in a manner that meets the needs of the Customer and the operational Managers.Enabling the operational managers to exhibit a high level of knowledge of proper operation, policies and procedures in the Cleaning Service Line.Ensuring that Cleaning performance meets levels specified in Contract within budgeted costs.Driving innovation and consistent service quality.Supporting new Business Teams in Developing Bespoke Cleaning solutions for clients. People Working closely with Operational Business Units on behalf of the Cleaning Centre of Excellence; acting as a role model for living the company values.Developing and supporting operational colleagues within the Business Units, offering guidance, assistance & recommendations to enable them to deliver Cleaning excellence.Creating and implementing effective development and training strategies to be used to develop the Cleaning skills and expertise of employeesDelivering and maintaining great internal customer service and building key relationships with suppliers, Clients and operational colleagues.Assisting in the development of an organisational culture within the Cleaning Centre of Excellence based on the company values.
