The Role
- As an operations advisor at the company you will work as part of a close knit team to communicate directly with their network of engineers.
- Planning their movements and bookings for the day.
- You will also speak directly to their customers to let them know when they can expect their engineer to arrive. Helping to reassure the customer that their problem is completely under control and will be resolved as quickly as possible.
Requirements: Essential Skills:
- Highly motivated
- Able to think on your feet
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast past environment
- Good team player
- Strong IT skills
Previous experience in a logistics or customer care role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
