Their Wimbledon auction centre have an exciting opportunity available for an Operations Team Leader.

About the Role

You will support the Operations Assistant General Manager with the effective running of the Operations teams, ensuring SLA’s, KPI’s and operational processes and procedures are adhered to.

Leading their operational teams you will ensure daily activities are completed in an efficient manner and that all operations are conducted in line with HSE requirements.  Leading by example you and your team will deliver a world class customer experience making sure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.  You deal with customer queries in a swift and professional manner ensuring that a positive and successful outcome is always reached.

About You

What they are looking for is someone to lead, motivate and inspire their operational teams, and someone who can lead them to deliver operational and customer excellence.  It would be great if you have previous experience of leading a team or a strong desire and proven skill set to take the next step into managing people. You will also have an understanding of or be competent in Health & Safety and risk control.  You will be comfortable making quick decisions and managing the performance of both the operation and your team.
