To be our Plant Supervisor you must have the following:
• Practical knowledge of of biological waste water treatment processes
• Demonstrable knowledge of using pumps, PLC’s & waste water lab testing
• Able to collate and interpret data and translate into reports
• A COTC in non-hazardous treatment is beneficial however we will put you through the training programme if required

Your role as our Plant Supervisor will involve:
You will be carrying out maintenance and repair works at our leachate treatment plants to maintain safe and efficient operational standards. It is important in this role that full compliance with maintenance schedules and operating permits and assist Plant Managers in meeting their financial targets. Your daily tasks will consist of:
• Undertaking daily, weekly and monthly installation checks
• Providing operational support
• Reporting and keeping record of all defects

So, who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is an organised, self motivated and confident individual. You should be mechanically minded, eager to learn and experienced within a supervisory position. This role requires travel to other sites, therefore you will need a full UK driving licence.
