They are now looking for an administrator to join their team. Based in York your primary duties and skills will be:

- Undertake general administration and PA activities
- Overall responsibility for office equipment and supplies
- Understanding of accounting/financial support, including raising purchase orders, preparing and managing invoicing,
- Manage supplier contracts and maintaining supplier relationships
- Act as first point of contact for staff, clients and new recruits and act as first point of contact for office queries
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Liaise with facilities team regarding any facilities issues
- Flexibility and a 'happy to muck in' attitude
- A highly polished and enthusiastic approach to work
- Be well organised with excellent attention to detail with pride in their work.
- Be an enthusiastic and proactive team player
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel
- Be well presented, self disciplined and have excellent time keeping

Alongside your principle duties there will be a requirement to provide project Support

- Assist in the management of live projects following and updating the 'Action sheets'
- Update and maintain Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Actions logs
- Ensure all parties are communicating and aware of projects status and time-scale
- Strong support for best practice and project management process
- Support the programme team scheduling/coordinating meetings, taking minutes of meeting, documenting
- Updating project database and booking in 'next phase' actions
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time

This Opportunity is open to Part time £15k, 25 hours per week or Full time £22.5K, 37.5 hours per week - dependant on the right person
