Term Time (35 hours per week over 40 weeks per year)
£14,587 per annum (pro-rata)
You will support the efficient and effective functioning of the training kitchen facilities within the Hospitality curriculum area. This will involve maintaining the kitchens, restaurant and learning environments to a high standard, carrying out cleaning duties in accordance with appropriate procedures, supporting stock control and undertaking routine food preparation.
You will have a relevant and current food hygiene certificate and also have experience of supporting the maintenance of a kitchen environment. Excellent communication and organisation skills are also essential.
