This fast growing and very well respected cyber security specialist is seeking a dynamic Telesales Manager to develop and manage a brand new lead generation team.

The new team, of 10-20 people, is central to their plans for growth and expansion, and will identify opportunities and book qualified meetings for the field sales team. The scope is huge, as all businesses, whatever sector or size, are realising that they have to take cyber security seriously.

The role
As the Internal Sales Manager you will report to the Sales Director, and be responsible for all aspects of running the team, which will include:

- Meeting or exceeding team performance and KPI targets.
- Supporting and motivating the team.
- Ensuring the professional standards are maintained, and that client's interests are put first.
- Mentoring staff, conducting appraisals and supporting the work of their Sales Training Academy.
- Working closely with the Sales Director and reporting on performance.

The person
This is a critical role within the company, so previous experience of running a successful telesales team is mandatory. However, as with all of their telesales recruits, you will be enrolled in their Sales Training Academy so no previous cyber security experience is necessary. Your previous roles are likely to have included:

- Management or supervision of a telesales team.
- Experience dealing with key decision makers within a business.
- A record of exceeding team sales targets.
