Our client is one of the UK’s largest distributors of leading branded and own-branded medical consumables to all areas of the healthcare market. Part of the fast growing FTSE 100 international and outsourcing group, they offer a range of traditional and bespoke supply chain solutions to meet their customers’ requirements in today’s rapidly changing healthcare environment.

A brand new opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join them and provide invaluable advice and support on all operational aspects of HR.

Within the role, you act as a point of contact for all employee relations issues such as absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance. Ensuring appropriate documentation is provided and appropriate checks are carried out on new employees, you will be key contact for any training requests and must ensure their managers are following the correct recruitment process. In addition to this, you will provide support for monthly payroll sign off, produce monthly KPI reports and carry out administration and data provision for redundancies and consultations.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to take that next step in HR. All that they ask is that you are a HR graduate who may be currently working towards Chartered CIPD. You should have strong communication and influencing skills and be able to manage your own time effectively to ensure daily objectives are met.
