The role

Working as part of a busy IT Support Team your primary responsibilities will be:

- Pre-sales support delivering technical expertise to sales prospects, customers and channel partners. Mostly via phone / web / email, support includes architecting technical solutions, technical input at all stages of the sales cycle, supporting sales executives in meetings and running product demonstrations and presentations.

- Advanced post-sales technical support - offering solid 2nd line support immediately and rapidly becoming a 3rd line expert on selected products

There will also be chances to join in a range of projects and influence product development. There is a good chance of opportunities in the medium term to spend time working in the USA or SE Asia. In the long term, there will be chances to evolve your career in a variety of directions.

- You must have excellent technical and interpersonal skills in equal measure
- Fluent networking expertise as a result of experience with a wide range of real-world networks
- Expertise with Cisco routers and switches
- Fluent with Linux
- Strong analytical skills and proven solving abilities
