An experienced Business Development Manager is required to join a successful, established and dynamic organisation.

The purpose of this role is ensuring the development of new and existing business. This role is pivotal to the success of the business.

Specific Duties Include:
- Manage all incoming calls and emails
- Ensure all requests are notarised and passed on to the appropriate person promptly
- Invoicing, pricing, ordering
- Manage the daily schedules, identify clashes and assist Implementation team to perform their role
- Sales as needed
- Business development
- Amazon sales process
- Management of returns
- Marketing, social media updates, window displays and merchandising
- Coordinate all communications
- Ensure the store environment is maintained to the highest standard
- Support the Installation team as needed
- Support Leadership team as needed
- Opening and closing of the store
