Customer Service Assistants - Hailsham Leisure Centre
Hours: Casual
Salary: Up to GBP7.20ph (depending on age)
Freedom leisure are looking for Casual Customer Service Assistants to join our friendly and professional team at Hailsham Leisure Centre.
Your duties will include:
To meet, greet and serve customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
To take bookings for facilities using computerised booking system
To take payments for bookings, to operate the till and cash up as and when required
To advise customers and actively promote the facilities, services and products available throughout Freedom leisure
To operate the cafe area and to serve food and drink items when required, and to be responsible for keeping the area clean
To ensure the highest level of Customer Service is being delivered at all times.
We are looking for someone who has a team orientated approach to their work, and is able to be deal with a busy and high pressured environment. You must be confident in dealing with people face to face, and in answering the telephone. It is essential that you have excellent IT skills and GCSE in Maths and English.
