The Business

The Bent Brook was refurbished in 2015 and is a community based pub located in Urmston, not far from the Trafford Centre. Built in a residential area we are popular with the local regulars. We are pleased to offer unrivalled value with a menu and drinks range bursting with choice and flavour. Be sure to get to know your local inside out as we offer a range of facilities to suit the local community. You can also enjoy your visit outside in our beer garden vibrant coloured furniture and artificial grass which keeps it looking great - we serve food outside in summer. Looking for sports facilities we have our Fanzone with Sky Sports, BT Sport and HD TV, several screens plus a 4K Projector screen for even clearer viewing. Booth seating with TV screens in them are also available in the restaurant making your visit even more relaxing. You can also enjoy a game of pool whilst enjoying the sport.

If you have experience in a branded, high-volume restaurant or pub group, this position of Kitchen Manager may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to manage the opening and closing of the kitchen, prepare, cook and present food to company specification, keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times, maintain accurate food ordering and stocking levels, including kitchen materials, manage all kitchen - related office administration and third-party contractors, assist in delivering financial targets set for the house, manage wastage and train and develop staff.
