This company is looking to recruit passionate and driven Customer Support Advisors to work in a busy office environment, providing a high quality customer service experience to their IVA customer base. They are looking to appoint Customer Support Advisors on a 6 month and 12 month FTC basis to cover periods of maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- To demonstrate company values and behaviours
- To take incoming calls as presented by the company's telephony systems.
- To provide a high quality customer journey for each individual customer.
- To gather detailed information that is relevant to the customer's situation and find relevant solutions.
- To investigate fully the impact of the customers situation on their IVA
- To take ownership and ensure that the customer is kept fully updated
- To offer money savings to every customer
- To ensure that the customer is offered a sustainable solution & fully understands what is being discussed.
- To help clients maintain their arrangements and successfully become debt free.
- To closely liaise with other departments and build good relationships
- To adhere to data protection and money laundering acts
- Any other duties as required
- To carry out duties in accordance with the company's policies, including:
- Equal Opportunities,

Experience / Knowledge / Qualifications
Essential
- Previous telephony/ Call centre experience
- Excellent questioning skills
- Sympathetic, friendly and patient
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Adapts well to change
Desirable
- Previous IVA/ DMP knowledge
- Excellent decisioning skills
- Good organisational skills
- Arithmetic
- Sales environment background
