Car Sales Executive

Highly Competitive Basic Salary + Commission + Company Vehicle

You will be working: 5.5 days per week on a rota basis including weekends and some evenings

So, what will the Car Sales Executive role involve...

At Pentagon Barnsley, our highly successful sales team are looking to recruit exceptional Car Sales Executives with an insatiable passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service. We are passionate about our customer service, so you need to be someone who understands the absolute importance of a customer first approach and meeting their needs as much as humanly possible. Your responsibilities will include:
• Taking the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer needs
• Meeting sales volume targets and maximising profit opportunities with each sale
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting long term profitability for the Dealership & Group
• Telephoning prospective, new and existing customers
• Effectively promoting and selling additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties

What do you need?
You MUST have the following to be considered for this Car Sales role:
• Sales or Customer Service Representative background (Motor Industry / Automotive sales background advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided)
• Customer Service Advisor and telephone techniques
• Sales procedures, processes, and follow-up procedures
• IT Systems including Microsoft Office
