Our client is a forward-looking College of Further & Higher Education that serves a large area of South East England with a wide range of vocational and academic courses, both full and part time. The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car (junctions 8-10 on the M25) or rail (Ewell West is close and the college is next to Ewell East where you can get regular direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria). The College was last inspected in February 2016 retaining its overall grading of 'Good' under the robust new Ofsted standards.

They are currently recruiting to the following position:
HEAD OF DATA SERVICES up to £39,524 p.a.
They are seeking an experienced data professional to join the College's management team as their Head of Data Services. You would be responsible for ensuring data quality of the College's student records and provide line management for a team of five Information Administrators. The Head of Data Services will ensure data quality and accuracy that is compliant with government funding guidance and data practice through the development of their management information systems with the associated processes and procedures for data collection and maintenance.
The person that they are looking for would have had significant experience in a data management function. A communicator with well-developed diagnostic and problem solving skills you would use your excellent organisation skills to meet deadlines for submission of monthly data returns.
Experience working in the further education sector, although desirable, is not essential.
