Administration Co-ordinator (Higher Education Programmes)

Full-time, £26,052- £28,453 p.a.


With a team of five staff, you will provide administrative support to the Heads of Discipline and teaching staff in our seven programme areas. You will also be involved in the registration of students, maintenance of student records and quality processes (such as assessment boards and academic appeals) as well as the oversight and development of systems and procedures such as attendance recording and timetabling. You will liaise with Liverpool John Moores University as our validating partner.

This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious administrator, ideally but not necessarily already in Higher Education, who would welcome the opportunity to manage a small team of administrative staff in what can be a very pressured working environment.

You will hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification, have good problem solving skills and be highly IT literate. You will have initiative, the ability to multitask and work with a wide variety of people as an effective team member.
