Fleet Maintenance Assessor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0830 – 1730

Salary: £17,200

As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Fleet Maintenance Assessor to join the Fleet Maintenance department.

Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Manager, the role will include (but not limited to) the following:

·Bodywork and Interior inspection of vehicles

·Imaging of vehicles

·Instruct suppliers to commence vehicle repairs/maintenance

·Monitor Vehicle downtime

·Liaise with customer’s face to face, phone and email.

·Administrative duties to assist in the daily operation of the Fleet Department.

·Daily Vehicle movements on site

·Work with our Suppliers and Buyers with in-fleeting and de-fleeting of vehicles.

·Maintaining accurate vehicle records using our own IT systems.

·Liaise with other departments (Sales & Finance).

Would suit:

·Highly organised work ethic with excellent attention to detail.

·Experience of working in an administrative environment where preparation, planning and organisation is evident.

·Experience of working in a customer contact environment where there is a requirement to build relationships at various levels.

·Knowledge and/or experience of the vehicle leasing industry preferred but not essential.

·Experience of working in an environment where attention to detail is key and accuracy has been a fundamental requirement of the job.

·Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.

·Working knowledge of core Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)

·Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
