This print, signage and manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Technical Support Administrator who is capable of working unsupervised and has the ability to think outside the box.Preferably, the ideal candidate will have experience in CNC Routers, Laser Machines and large format printing equipment. Training would however be given to the right candidate. Candidates must have a confident personality and are able to assist their customers through telephone support.
The role entails logging customer support issues and working alongside their engineers to provide a technical support service to their existing customers.
Hours of work are 8.30 to 5, Monday to Friday.
