As part of their continued expansion they require people that have pride in working to the highest quality to support the Operational teams across the region in particular, building and maintaining excellent working relationships with their Clients and their Residents, dealing with day to day issues and ensuring that all works are completed within deadline, assisting with complaint handling, as well as collating and analysing data and producing failure analysis for further investigation.

Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills are essential, together with a high level of IT literacy, particularly analysing databases and reporting in Microsoft Excel/Word. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
