You will enable service users to live fulfilling lives, partaking in their favourite activities and socialising with friends, family and the local community. 

Newcross Support Workers need to have:

• Right to live and work in the UK
• At least 3 months experience in a care environment
• Referee contact details for your current place of work, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs. 
• Experience working with people with learning disabilities
• Full driving license and access to a car
