Ashdown Primary School - Site Manager
We wish to appoint a reliable and self-motivated individual who has proven skills, knowledge and understanding in the following areas:|
An ability to effectively undertake site services cleaning, minor repair and maintenance tasks including responsibility for pool maintenance. Good initiative and organisational skills.
27.5 hours per week/52 Weeks per year equivalent to £11,758 - £12,250 per annum
The hours will be divided up between maintenance - including Health & Safety checks, cleaning and pool maintenance
Split Shift: 7.00am-9.30am and 3pm-6pm Monday-Friday.
We would be happy for this position to be a job share (working either every morning shift or every afternoon shift). Application deadline: noon Mon 10th Oct 2016.
