Location: Northampton/Leicester
Salary: GBP16k - GBP20k base salary, Uncapped OTE GBP26k

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen and they are looking to expand their sales team and recruit an additional forward-thinking Business Development Executive who can cultivate new leads, close deals and enhance the company`s profile.
The chosen candidate will begin the role in their Northampton office for training but may be required to work part/full time from the new Leicester City Centre branch in the future. This logistics of this is negotiable for the right candidate.
As a Business Development Executive your duties will include:
- Generating new business leads and building relationships with B2B customers
- Develop relationships with incoming leads (warm)
- Generate appointments with prospect clients to talk through their digital marketing needs
- Potentially attend customer meetings to close prospects
- Work your own pipeline and build a client base
Ideal candidates should be:
- Able to take the initiative with a pro-active attitude
- Organised, methodical and have an efficient approach to tasks
- A good communicator with strong oral and written skills
- Professional in appearance and manner
- Experienced in selling in to business to business (B2B) markets
- Digital marketing background would be beneficial
- Computer literate to a good standard
- Able to drive and preferably have their own means of transport
