Sales / Telesales Executive - OTE GBP30,000

You will be joining a small company specialising in the sale of CCTV equipment to Installation companies across the UK. They have some great ideas and envisage a lot of growth in the next couple of years which they want you to be part of.
The role:
They require an enthusiastic Sales Executive to speak with potential and existing customers to inform them of the unique benefits of their CCTV product range. Through your understanding of your customer's needs and your ability to provide solutions you will have a strong ability to close the sale. During the sales process you will be responsible for keeping the sales CRM system up to date.
You will be responsible for creating mass mailing campaigns, tracking the success of these campaigns and following them up with telephone calls to again inform potential customers of the benefits of their products.
Account Management will also be an important part of this role as your customers come to you for repeat orders. You should ensure they are satisfied with the products and service that we offer.
The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner, will be a good communicator and install confidence in the customer.
This is a high profile role where your contribution to the team will have a major impact on the business growth.
Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
Being an enthusiastic and energised person you will know how to get the best performance from their sales contacts.
Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: GBP20,000 basic with OTE of GBP30,000
