Site Supervisor

I am currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor/Carpentry Supervisor to oversee a fit out job in central London. The position will be ideal for a time served carpenter or painter and decorator as you will be working on your own so finishing knowledge will need to a high standard, you will be in charge of up to 25 men on site at one time and these will be from different sub contractors.

You must be able to read drawings and you must have strong knowledge of CDM regulation and be fully up to date with Health and Safety policies.

There will be a visiting contracts manager throughout the duration of the role who will check in weekly for updated on the job and the progression.

You must also have strong communication skills, good English and be well spoken as this will occasionally involve client facing meeting as the initial project is in a live building. I am looking to get someone onboard from Monday 10th or Monday 17th October. The initial duration of the first role is 15 weeks however there is future work guaranteed should you impress throughout the job.

You must also be prepared to go the extra mile and work weekends as there will be a tight deadline for the job.

· 2X recent references
