Senior Electrical Engineer

Working for a housing association that provide homes and services to over 20 local communities throughout Watford and surrounding areas, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover their 5,000 homes.

As a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer you are required to:
· Directly support an apprentice and supervisor a team of 4 engineers
· Carry out maintenance, install, inspections and upgrades on a variety of equipment such as Domestic and Commercial Wiring, Fire Alarms, Door Entry, Ventilation and Lifts
· Take responsibility for maintenance and servicing contracts
· Ensure highest standards of customer service

As a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer you should have the following qualifications and experience:
· Professionally qualified Building Services Engineer
· Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
· City and Guilds 236
· 17th Edition
· City and Guilds 2391/2395
· Experience surveying
· Experience supervising a team/individuals
