Head Pastry Chef
Our client, based in Brentwood, Essex is a 44 bedroom prestigious hotel and restaurant. They are currently recruiting for a Head Pastry Chef to join their team, reporting to the Head Chef.
We are looking for a fantastic candidate with quality experience in a similar (2AA Rosette) establishment. You will be efficient, competent and full of contemporary ideas for afternoon teas and deserts. With this role, you will work as part of a great team on a split shift basis - live in is also available.
This is a full-time role.
