FINTEC recruit is seeking a Night Supervisor for our Hospitality client based in Hertfordshire. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £18k - £20k depending on experience.
You must have prior experience of working in a similar role in a 4* establishment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Night Supervisor your responsibilities will include the following:-
To oversee the F&B outlets
To supervise the set up team
To cover breaks, absences and holidays
To clean as and when needed
To look after the site and be responsible for the security and public areas
To assist the night manager when required
To work mainly Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and one other day a week (4 shifts a week) from 22:00 - 08:00
Not a duty manager role, this role focuses around the supervision of set-up teams managing the hotels external and peripheral barns for the next day's events.
