TRADE CENTRE MANAGER BASED AT MARKET HARBOROUGH, LEICESTERSHIRE
Countrywide, the UK’s leading supplier of products and advice for the rural community are seeking to recruit a Trade Centre Store Manager based at Market Harborough.
With strong commercial skills, the ideal candidate will be able to lead, sell, negotiate and build strong customer relationships. You will ideally be working within the agricultural industry, however a trade centre or distribution background would be highly desirable.
The main purpose of the role is to recognise and meet the different needs of every customer, from individuals buying packs of animal feed and bedding, to account customers bulk buying and requesting deliveries. You will be prepared to lead from the front and work on the shop floor alongside your team to provide the best customer service whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse and deliveries.
Candidates must be business focused, results driven, energetic and have a real passion for the role. An empathy with the rural community and an AMTRA qualified candidate is desirable.
Hours of work are 38.5 per week which may include working alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
