Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Palmers Green, N13
OTE minimum £30k + bonus
Our client is a well established independent Estate Agency based in North London, now seeking an enthusiastic and eager to learn Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team. Growing from strength to strength over the past number of years, they pride themselves on being an honest, trustworthy and committed independent estate agency.
You will be working full time Monday – Friday & every other Saturday on a half day basis.
The role:
As Trainee Lettings Negotiator your daily remit will include:
• Conducting viewings with applicants and drawing up AST contracts
• Attending meetings with Landlords / relevant bodies
• Dealing with general queries & working to set targets
• Responding to telephone, website leads and using internal software
• Keeping in regular contact with all potential clients, updating records accordingly
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
What you’ll need:
The successful candidate will hold the relevant skills & qualifications required:
• Fluent in English with excellent written skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills & telephone manner
• Competent with Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Results driven, team player, ready to hit the ground running and able to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of North London & surrounding areas would be useful
• Full UK/EU driving licence with own vehicle is required
